Reality SF
I serve as a pastor at Reality SF. I love my role as the Prayer Pastor here. I spend a lot of time with people in one-on-one prayer, whether it is Immanuel Prayer, Unbound Deliverance Prayer, or Spiritual Direction. I have the great privilege of witnessing what only the Lord can do in a person’s life, as well as seeing the grace to cooperate with Him.
Spiritual direction
I’m a trained spiritual director, certified through the Nuos Foundation. Spiritual direction is a quiet, unhurried practice: we meet, we pay attention together to what God is doing in your life, and I help you notice and respond. It isn’t counseling, and it isn’t problem-solving. It’s companionship for the interior journey.

Immanuel Prayer
Goal: Immanuel Goal. Immanuel Prayer is a way of prayer centered on experiencing the real, present nearness of Jesus, especially in the places where we’ve been hurt or stuck. One of the things that we say in our Immanuel Prayer community is this: “Intimacy with Jesus is the goal; healing is the result.” This is so very true. Intimacy with Jesus, and seeing Him with us, even in the old wounded and painful places, reframes everything. He is so good.
Inner healing & deliverance
Unbound, by Neal Lozano, is one of the ways I help people experience real freedom. It’s a gentle, prayerful, relational approach to deliverance, less about confrontation or spectacle and more about helping someone renounce lies, forgive, and receive the truth of who God says they are. I value it because it honors a person’s dignity and agency; nothing happens that they don’t choose, and the focus stays on encountering the love of the Father rather than on the enemy. Used alongside prayer ministry and pastoral care, it gives people a clear, hopeful path out of patterns that have kept them stuck so they can walk in wholeness and belonging. Christ has already secured for them
